Run with A.C.E. – Track Skills Training Camp

This workshop is designed to focus on the following track skills: basic techniques, proper form, increasing your speed, endurance and avoiding injuries. Whether you’re an amateur looking for ways to develop or you want to train for a specific distance, count on this training camp to help you with your overall development as an athlete.

2019 ACE XC Camp

A.C.E. Personal Training presents our first XC Camp for young male athletes. Take a trip to Galax, VA, the “gateway to the Blue Ridge Parkway.” Train with the highest card in the deck, take in the beautiful sights of Galax and make new friends during this five-day summer camp experience.  Each day will consist of a morning and afternoon run as well as strength training. In between, you’re invited to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and a variety of free-time activities! Check out the schedule and menu, then sign up for a weekend of fun with athletes just like you!
